Anthony Lambot challenges Benelux NBA2K18 champion during the bpost cup final

On Sunday 11 March, during the halftime of the bpost cup final, the Pro Basketball League is hosting the very first e-sports challenge in collaboration with 2K Games. Anthony Lambot challenges the winner of the NBA 2K Benelux Championship David Moiwo for a game of NBA2K18.

In recent years, not only basketball, but also the e-Sports has been on the rise. Since the start of this season, the Pro Basketball League has established a new partnership with 2K Sports. As a result of this collaboration, the final of the NBA 2K Benelux Championship was held at the Orange All Star Game in Kortrijk. David Moiwo emerged victorious and is the first Belgian to win the championship.

Anthony Lambot, MVP of the Orange All Star Game, also an avid NBA2K18 gamer, has decided to challenge the current NBA 2K Benelux champion for a game. Will the 23-year-old Leuven Bears playmaker defeat David Moiwo, 29, of Merchtem, win the game?

The final of the bpost cup will be held on Sunday 11 March at 15h15 in Forest National. BC Oostende will face Belfius Mons-Hainaut.
